Once we have received your order, we will immediately begin to assemble the information for
your HIP and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the energy assessor to visit.

Your completed HIP should be ready for you within 5 working days. Please note that some
components of a HIP have to be obtained from outside agencies (e.g. water authority) and
we therefore cannot guarantee an exact timescale. Your EPC will normally be completed within
two days.

Payment for your HIP is required at the time of the energy inspection. If, due to your failure
to have the property available or safe for inspection at the agreed time, a re-visit is required, there
will be an additional charge of £35.
